Former President John
Dramani Mahama won the official primaries of the Public Majority Rule Congress
(NDC) on Saturday, May 13.
He surveyed 297,603
addressing 98.9% of the complete substantial votes arising as the
flagbearer-choose of the NDC while his competitor Kojo Bonsu figured out how to
3,181 addressing 1.1% of the absolute votes.
Mr. Mahama's
representative Joyce Bawah Mogtari said they surpassed their objective.
Joyce Bawah Mogtari in a
tweet expressed "Sitting tight for the end-product, yet we have surpassed
our assumptions! So far 98% for HE John Dramani Mahama!
"The majority have
stood up and boisterously! Much obliged to you to the agents! Our allies and
our workers."
Mr. Kojo Bonsu praised
Mr. Mahama for winning the surveys.
"I have made a
phone call to H.E John Dramani Mahama to praise him for the avalanche triumph.
Similarly, as I have shown all through my mission, no matter what the result of
this political decision, I will keep on serving the NDC party, much
obliged" he tweeted.
This is due to the resignation
of one of the presidential candidates of the name Dr. Kwabena Dufour… with that, we
have to still congratulate the former president of the republic on his winning…
Congratulations!!!!!!
